Hey,

I am Rob(ert) Bosschieter, a motorcycle enthusiast from the Netherlands. Born(1957) and raised in a town called Zaandam, me and my family decided, ten years ago, to move to Grootebroek.

Ever since a very young age, I was 'into' motorcycles. During the last three decades I have owned several motorcycles, like Suzuki T500, CB750, Kawasaki1000, CB900, VFR750,CB900F2, VF1000 and Voxan Caferacer, but kept always attracted towards HondaCB750's.
The CB750 has a special place in my heart. Several guys, somewhat older than me, owned and raced these bikes. One in particular stole my heart en I succeeded in buying that particular bike. Owned it for years, stripped, rebuild it, crashed it, rebuild it and after an accident decided to sell it in favor of a Kawasaki. Until this day I regret that decision. After meeting my lovely wife Tilly, I kept on riding even after the birth of our two great sons, Graeme and Bryan. During that time I even build a sidecar to my CB900. I relived the same emotion after the introduction of the french made VOXAN Caferacer. It also stole my heart. One of the things that all my bikes had in common was that I always adapted and tuned them to my liking.

After working 30 odd years in the metal packaging industries, and still do, I decided to do something with my hobby and make it a bit more professional. It is by no means my goal to grow into a big company but just like to enjoy life and share my experience with others.

After this decision I melted the two brand names, VOXAN and HONDA to VOXONDA.

One of the nice things in life is the fact that the next generation is waiting to continue what the previous started. Both my sons are helping me out with running Voxonda.com. Keeping this site in the air and with bookkeeping. Both of them share my interest in the classic bikes.
